Regarding repeat test results of tpha
Good afternoon doctor,
I was mis diagnosed as syphilis and the other doctor told me to do the retest of tpha after 3 weeks as rpr and vdrl were negative but instead I did the repeat test after 12 weeks and the tpha was negative.
So is the tpha negative test 12 weeks after the initial false positive tpha test conclusive as the doctor said tpha test once positive never reverts back to negative.
