Prematurity has nothing to do with ultimate weight and height gain,in fact premature babies grow faster!
Provided,of course that diet is good.
Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass,and 3-4 solid meals,ensure that you do give curds and Banana everyday.
The two basic signs of good health at any age,in decreasing order of importance are level of physical activity and mental alertness,and secondly,gain in weight and height in children.
No supplements can replace a good,healthy and balanced diet.
