Unfortunately the right tube is blocked so the possibility of dominant follicle from rt ovary cannot fertilse the sperm ,left has msf which again do not have any dominant follicle for sperm union ,,so the possibility of pregnancy is very dull

Its very rare but if ovum is picked by left tube there are very slim chances of success. Very very slim chances. I hav never seen such case.
