Regarding PMS
Hi,
Recently I started getting periods like cramps and dull pain in the pelvic region 10-12days after my periods stops. Is it normal? It stays usually a day. And i feel bloated , gastritis also along with the cramps.
Is it because of lactose tolerance thing or its a part of every month's women's natural cycle.

I think this is ovulation pain.It will stay for 3-4 hours . Usually it is dull pain and sometimes with bleeding also.It will stop spontaneously.For details contact me through practo online.

Ovulation pain occurs. But it lasts for few hours only.. if you have prolonged and severe pain you can undergo ultrasound
