Regarding periods and pregnancy
On 26th November 2021 I delivered a baby and I was not having intercourse since first month of pregnancy. But after one year of delivery and about 20 months I had this again without ijaculation but my periods is delayed for 3 days. I am still facing very bad health issues and don't want to get pregnant. Please suggest what should I do is there any other method to avoid this without abortion as i have heard about is very painful with lots of after effets if I don't get my periods.

Please first do a Urine pregnancy test when you are overdue for your periods by at least 5 days.  You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area or on Practo with the report.
