Connect fort further guidance One month is enough for healing as baby is not that heavy You can do all the activities with baby that any mother with normal delivery does As far as bonding is concerned Breastfeeding Taking care of the baby by yourself like changing clothes and diaper bathing the baby Talking to the baby These should help
