Regarding itching skin around areola

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello Dr, from past few years am having fibroadenoma in left breast( 8mm) and also having the problem of itching of both breasts with dry flaky skin around areola( mostly downside) and Dr recommended fudic acid ointment, with this syptoms reduces but starts to trigger again and again after few months. But from past three months am facing same prblm with thickening of areola for few seconds and returns to normal skin but just below the areola skin colour turned to dark brown and nipple flattened for sometimes and return to normal stage. Don't what are these symptoms indicates and what steps I have to take further with this regarding?
