Regarding my post covid issues

I was covid postive on may 1..i got steriods on home quarantive from day 9-13 ( medrol8 mg for 5 days) on doctors advise.. I had sinus issues since covid started.. Loss of smell taste... Now I have all symptoms reg black fungus.. Tooth pain.. Eye pain.. And nose block.. I got nose bleed for 2 days when I took mucus in tissue it was 2 drops of blood.. I took mri ct and endoscopy also.. The doctor who examined my endoscopy yesterday told he have some doubts regarding certain areas.. We will wait and watch every week like that. I am attaching all reports.. Pls advise about endoscopy findings and can a normal sinus issue can also cause the above mentioned symptoms . Pls help
