Are your albumin levels and prothrombin time ok? Do u consume alcohol? Are u positive to Hep B or C? Have u undergone a Fibroscan study? Do u have otherwise an USG upper abdomen done? How reliable is the lab doing the LFT test in separating direct from indirect bilirubin fraction ? Please get CBC done too to understand the test. Liver does not make bilirubin but just throws them out of our body. Also most common cause for raised SGPT is fatty liver and NASH for which by far the best remedy is weight reduction. No need to continue Ursocol . Consult a gastroenterologist in detail.
