The findings suggest Grade I Fatty Liver, which is the earliest and mildest form of fat accumulation in the liver. This stage is completely reversible with timely lifestyle modifications and does not usually require long-term medication.

You should get your Liver function tests and Lipid profile also done. The treatment will depend on deranged liver functions or deranged lipid profile. Gde 1 fatty liver per se doesn't need any treatment.

Let me explain them one by one in simple terms: 1. Excessive bowel gases: This is a very common finding and usually not serious. It may be due to diet, digestion issues, or mild acidity/gas. What you can do: Eat slowly and chew food properly Avoid too much oily/spicy food, carbonated drinks, and chewing gum You can take a mild antacid or simethicone tablet if gas feels uncomfortable 2. Grade 1 fatty liver (mild): This is the earliest and mildest stage of fat buildup in the liver. It's reversible with lifestyle changes. What to do: Cut down on sugar, oily foods, and alcohol (if any) Include regular exercise like walking for 30 mins daily Weight control is key – even 3–5 kg weight loss helps the liver Drink plenty of water You can consider starting silymarin or vitamin E supplements after discussing with your doctor
Next Steps
• No urgent medications are needed at this stage, but a follow-up after 3–6 months with liver function tests and ultrasound is advised.
