Regarding mother's diet
I am breastfeeding mother of 4 month old baby. I have few doubts regarding my diet. Actually I have chapatti & vegetable usually one time in evening & in morning I have one glass of milk, in lunch I eat makhana & almonds with milk or daliya (quinoa), if I feel hungry in between then I eat bananas & sometimes one more cup of milk. Is this diet okay for breastfeeding or should I eat chappatti & vegetables 2 times a day. I gained around 15 kgs weight in pregnancy which still hasn't shed off.

The requirement of calories for mother is more during lactation. U can continue the diet mentioned above and add ghee to solids you consume. Consume adequate liquids.
