You seem to be suffering from Gastric Ulcers. Sucratab Z contains SUCRALFATE and ZINC. SUCRALFATE upon entering your stomach forms a protective covering on gastric ulcer so that further damage is prevented. It can be taken both after or before food. BUT THE BEST TIME TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE IS 1 HOUR BEFORE MEAL. Yes take both meds together.
Next Steps
1. Avoid Spicy food. 2. Include plenty fibres in your diet. 3. increase water intake.
