A sudden increase in pulse rate can have many possible triggers such as anxiety, stress, exertion, or other internal factors. It’s not advisable to take any medicine on your own during such episodes without proper evaluation, even if it’s homeopathic.

Hello. Sudden rise in the pulse can be due to various reasons like anxiety, stress, physical strain, thyroid or even cardiac causes. So, it is important to identify and manage the underlying root cause, rather than just treating it symptomatically. It is always advised to avoid self-prescription and consult a doctor in such emergency cases. With proper homoeopathic treatment you can get treated from the root cause and also prevent the further recurrences. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Dear Patient, A sudden rise in pulse to 150–160 beats per minute can be quite alarming especially when all cardiac reports are normal. In many young individuals, this occurs due to anxiety surges, overthinking, or sudden nervous stimulation rather than heart disease. It’s the body’s “fight or flight” response, often triggered by mental stress, caffeine, or lack of sleep. For such episodes, homeopathy offers very gentle but powerful support. Aconite napellus 30C is one of the best emergency remedies you can keep. Take 4–5 pills in a little water when the pulse suddenly rises due to fear, stress, or shock. Sit quietly, breathe slowly, and repeat after 15–20 minutes if not better. In some individuals, if the cause is nervous anticipation (like before meetings or under pressure), Gelsemium 30C or Argentum Nitricum 30C may help — but the exact medicine depends on your emotional makeup and triggers. These medicines provide natural calming to the heart and nervous system without side effects, but it’s important to identify why your pulse spikes whether from anxiety, thyroid imbalance, or suppressed stress. Since you are from Bangalore, I’d strongly recommend an in-person or online consultation to evaluate your stress pattern and prescribe a constitutional homeopathic remedy that stabilizes your nerves long-term. Many young professionals I treat experience complete normalization of pulse and confidence after individualized therapy. Tachycardia is multifactorial. Unless the cause is known it is difficult to describe. In a case such as yours the diagnosis as well as how you and your body react to the disease are important in making a prescription.
Next Steps
For further evaluation and treatment consult online or offline at Chinchwad or Pimple Saudagar clinic with Dr Tanmay Palsule.

Homoeopathic medicines does not work in that manner... They need to be matched to the patient as a whole. When it comes to emergency situations then also we need certain details to suggest medicine. A few of them like Cactus Grand, Digitalis, Amyl Nit etc have good action on heart. As you have not provided any details regarding patient, symptoms, duration of complaint, exact symptoms etc, it is not possible to suggest any further.

Hello , yes homoeoptahy is helpful but before that diagnosis is very important,  heart rate upto 100 is considered to be normal high than that is tachycardia now cause for tachycardia is physiological and pathological  . So  to know why body increasing heart beat upto 150 to 160 occasionally is important . by knowing cause we can treat effectively.
Next Steps
try to find out at what occasion that heart rate increase or at which activity and how frequently
Health Tips
you can consult me for homeopathy, but to find out cause if it's related to heart which is to be cautious so consult cardiologists. and if its related to stress anxiety homeopathy act well even if its heart related to condition like hyperthyroidism we can treat after diagnosis.
