Regarding low pulse
Sir my mother underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy and 2unit blood  transfusion before surgery and 1 after surgery But her pulse was good before surgery and also after surgery but after 1 day of surgery her pulse coming like 50-60 I asked gynaecologist about that, she said it's normal after surgery and also said it's normal for aged person ,but my mother age is 46 only Please help is it normal after surgery or its abnormal? What causing pulse to come low? What should we do? Please help Is blood transfusion caused this or surgery

Hi I can understand your concern but after a surgery where an organ has been removed from the body it takes time for the body to acclimatise. Also you don’t have to do anything additional for low pulse in this case. Just stick to the usual post op instructions given by your doctor.

Post op, it is alright for the patient to have a weak pulse.It will take sometime for your mother to get back to normal.
