Thank you for your question. Yellow eyes could indicate jaundice, which is commonly associated with liver dysfunction. Given your history of alcohol use, it is essential to address potential liver damage. Here's what I recommend: 1. **Immediate Lifestyle Changes**:    - Stop consuming alcohol entirely. Alcohol is toxic to the liver and can worsen any underlying damage.    - Maintain a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly green leafy vegetables.    - Increase water intake to keep your body hydrated and support liver function.    - Avoid spicy and fried foods as they can burden the liver. 2. **Medical Evaluation**:    - It's crucial to get a liver function test (LFT) to assess your liver’s health.    - Consider imaging, such as an ultrasound or fibroscan, to check for any structural damage like fatty liver or cirrhosis.    - Screening for hepatitis and other liver-related conditions should also be done to rule out other causes of liver damage. 3. **Treatment**:    - Depending on the results, treatments may include medications, supplements like vitamin E, or lifestyle modifications. Early detection and management are key to preventing progression. For a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan, feel free to consult me directly.
