My mother had a tibia surgery 3years ago she didn't remove the rod ..she is going to remove the rod this year ... there is any problem ? She is walk after removing the rod or not ?

Can get the nail removed. Normally She can walk full weight bearing after 2 weeks of surgery. With Walker she can walk from same day itself , but with partial weight bearing over operated leg .
