Hirsutism is a common problem and most of the times it is genetic. If it is genetic chances are there won't be a recurrence. But if internal causes such as PCOD are not treated it can recur after laser hair reduction. You should definitely try a few settings of Laser hair reduction but also get up complete hormone checkup to rule out any internal causes.
