Hi doctors I gave birth a child in feb this year through sigerian..afterthat my periods comes irregular ..like it comes twice in a month for five five days with heavy flow...my baby only taking breast milk..and somebody suggested me to takeTab carazettee od at fixed time daily without any gap... is it ok ...

Periods will be irregular during period of breast feeding.
But if the flow is very heavy, consult your gynaecologist before issuing any medication.
Do not start taking any medications without consulting a gynaecologist first.

Yes its fine. Tab Carazettee is a contraceptive given as you have your periods regularly. Ideally during lactation their is no period bleeding and hence less chances of pregnancy.

According to your statement you had given birth to the baby in the month of February under cesarean section.
It is hardly 4 months from the day of cesarean till today and having regular periods and do not neglect this issue try to consult your doctor and explain your situation and try to go through the ultrasound abdomen and go to the clinical examination I'll try to get the treatment and do not take any medicines because you are giving the breastfeeding.
