Regarding in stress due to ncahp act. 4.

I am student of physchology ma ignou 1 year ncahp 2021 if it's applied what will happen it's stated clinical physchology are exempted it's uder rci it's written there that's  I have tremendous interest in physchology from non physchology ug that's why studying  physchogy My question 1.if act is applied if non ug student does pg from regural also his 3600 hrs would not be completed  would not be completed how will he able to register 2.if I do mphil from regural rci institute will I able to practice 3.do school counselor come under this act 4.i am non physchology after I saw act I am thinking to do msc psychology from regular mode after that what will happen if I do mphil also from regural Willl that 3600 hr be completed
