Regarding hyponatremia
Hi, my grandmother aged 87 years was feeling a bit drowsy and confused/disoriented since yesterday and upon checking her Electrolytes it was seen that her sodium levels are quite low. She has hypertension and had undergone angioplasty once. Doctor recommended ORS/salt caps to her. But is this treatment preferable or we should get her hospitalised? Reports attached

Get her hospitalised if she’s drowsy and correct her with replacements. She will improve post correction of sodium.
