Hi. I am Yeshwanth. My age is 25 and weight 52 kgs. My height is 5.7 inches. From last 3 years my weight is constant. My main problem is when I lift any weight from my hands my fingers are shivering and also total body also shivering. Once I went to swimming when I went into the water my body is shivering to much and my friends asking me why you are shivering that much. Like this there are many situations I faced. Please suggest me to improve my health and come out of shivering.
Iam vegetarian. I do smoke and drink. Please suggest me food or any medications that help to recover to normal.

The shivering could also be due to deficiency of protein, calcium, vitamin b complex and other nutrients.
Better take a healthy nutritious diet and wait for some days before weight lifting, swimming or other activities.
