Regarding General health
My age is 25 and I'm having a weight of 90. I know I'm over weight, but i just want to ask that I'm always having weakness and sleepy nature nowadays for the past 2 months. I've diagnosed my blood so I came across that my Vit D is low, my Vit B 12 is up to the mark only, iron in my blood is low. So what should i take and what should i eat to be in good health.

Hi As you mentioned you are feeling like weak and also there is low iron , b12 and vit D it has to be seen to what level are the parameters low. If they are mildly low can be managed with dietary changes. If they are several or moderately low you might need supplements or further evaluation to know the cause for which it’s best to consult doctor at-least on a call .

Add lots of fruit and vegetable in your diet. Avoid suage and oily foods. Exercise  or morning walk upto 45 minutes.take vit d3 supplement.
