Regarding fistula-in-ano
Hi Doctor my husband was having pain and pimple on his perenium(lower part of penis). We went to the doctor and he asked to go through the MRI. After MRI he said it can be cured on its own also so we can wait for some days and see. Please check his report and suggest.

I wish you had consulted a General Surgeon in your area before going for MRI. Frankly I have seen a diagnosis of fistula in ano being made by MRI. Even now you should consult with a General Surgeon. Ultimately he is the one who treats fistulas.

The report shows 2 fistulas one of which is small and other one is producing symptoms. Initially this is treated by wait and watch approach along with conservative treatment like stool softeners etc which works in many cases. If the symptoms are not relieved or worsen then surgical approach is preferred.
Next Steps
kindly use conservative treatment for now and consult if any issue arises
