Regarding fish oil cap and biotin cap.
I'm having hair fall so I started taking biotin capsules, result are yet to be seen, Its been almost 15 days since I start taking it. I take one capsule of wow Biotin maximum strength 10,000 mcg. I also take a fish oil capsule St Botenica 1000mg mostly after night meal,almost from last 12-15 days. From last some days I'm starting to have headache throughout the day. Even after sleeping, Sometimes it remains. Can either of them be a reason of that(or together). Please help.

Hello, there could be side effects of capsule that u r taking. You sold always take advice of doctor before taking any medicine or supplements. Reason for hair fall are many like environment, pollution, kind or overuse over use of shampoo, some hair products can lead to hair fall if u r applying it. And lack of necessary nutrition also can lead to hair fall.
