Regarding Fever - My Mother Is Suffering From Brain

My mother is suffering from brain Aspergillosis post covid. She has taken her 1st doze of vaccine 10 days ago, at that time she has not get any side effects. But now she is suffering from fever with temperature 99.5 and weakness .Is this fever has any link with vaccination? Kindly suggest. Thankyou!
