Regarding diabetes diet.
Hello doctor.My diabetic level is 260 after breakfast. Taking cetapin 500mg & aten 50.Iam diabetic from 5 years. Also iam suffering from mild gastritis & cervical spondylosis. Please suggest a healthy diet for me for stronger bones & stomach.

Be stressfree. Take lite amount of cereals . Take fibrous foods. Protein diet must be limited. Excessive amount of protein will harm more than the carbohydrates intake. As you are also suffering from the gastritis and spondylitis which is more painful and uncomfortable condition with diabetes.
