Regarding depression and obsession
Hello I am 18 yr old college student. I feel lonely and depression nowadays due to many reasons I feel.One of those may be due to excessive use of mobile but not more than 3 hours of total amount of usage. Another serious thing is I recently took a break from gym for 7 days while I searched on net it said that stopping from gym also affects your brain. Last year also when I hit the gym and took the break same problem came. So please give me any solution for the problem or should I hit gym again
