Regarding dengue issues
I recovered from dengue on December and have thyroid now. During dengue I had liver infection and BP fall. Now I have issues like I remain irritated all the time, having heard ache and acidity always,body pain, sleepiness please help me with diet I should follow to recover. Thank you.

Consult a nearby homoeopathic physician if problem persists.
