To alleviate post-viral myalgia symptoms, focus on a nutrient-rich diet including protein-rich foods (chicken, fish, eggs), complex carbohydrates (brown rice, whole grains), and anti-inflammatory foods (turmeric, ginger, omega-3 rich foods) to aid in muscle recovery and reduce inflammation.
