Regarding COVID vaccine

My grandmother (73 age) is renal transplant recipient since 1999. She was hospitalized for approximately 7 months in hospital due to hematuria, femur rod implant, pmv pneumonia occuring at different time in 2021.
She also suffered from UTI from dec 25th -31st 2021. She is now alright. Can she take COVID 1st dose of vaccination now? She has just been discharged from hospital. Which one can she take? We are planning for this week. Is she good to go?
