Baby usually latch 5-10 minutes only no need to worry, they take 90 percent of milk in 1 minute. if more milk express , complete emptying is best stimulus for milk other wise milk production will become less. Brain thinks you don’t need milk.
Hello , I understand your concern
It’s common to feel milk reflux every 2 hrly , if u think baby is not drinking sufficiently
U can empty extra milk , store it for further use
Babies normal breast feed time is 15-20 min each breast

Hi, newborn babies get tired and sleepy very soon while feeding, but for their tummies to be full they need to feed for atleast 25-30min at a stretch. Adequate feeds will then help him to sleep for 1.5-2hrs at a stretch. So if he sleeps off by 10-15min, gently wake him up, feed for some more time, burp him and then let him sleep.

A feeding session of around 10 minutes is usually adequate. Other signs that a baby is breastfeeding well include steady weight gain, having 5–6 wet diapers per day, and sleeping comfortably after feeds. If these signs are present, there is generally no need to worry.
