Regarding Breastfeeding Granules Tablets
Hi doctor, I have c section on September 20th 2021. From that time, I am giving breastfeeding to my daughter but since few days, enough milk is not generating. So doctor prescribed me GALACT Granules and LACTAIR tablet. Can I use both daily and for how many days? Pl answer.

Drink lots of water
Take a High protien diet
Exclusive breastfeeding and frequent suckling will increase the milk supply.

Choose either
Galact ...2 tsf two times a day fr a week
Of tab lactaire three times a day
Hv a good protein rich diet
Hydrate well
