Hello,I have a blood pressure of 140/80 and my doctor told that it's not that much worry matter so no need of medications ,You can control using exercise and neutrician foods along with proper diet ,please suggest me how can I lower my blood pressure

Hello. Nothing of concern- BP is very slightly high for your age, height and weight. It’s easy to manage it and get it within normal range, which is below 130/80. There are many reasons for your levels, could be dehydration, stress, high salt intake, junk foods, sleep disturbances, poor physical activity. Take 3 litres of water daily, avoid taking chips/ pickles/papads, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables daily. Do simple walking and yoga everyday to reduce stress, stop smoking and alcohol.
