Nothing of concern- BP is very slightly high for your age, height and weight. It’s easy to manage it and get it within normal range, which is below 130/80.
There are many reasons for your levels, could be dehydration, stress, high salt intake, junk foods, sleep disturbances, poor physical activity.
Take 3 litres of water daily, avoid taking chips/ pickles/papads, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables daily. Do simple walking and yoga everyday to reduce stress, stop smoking and alcohol.
