Regarding bp 130/80 abd smartwatch
Respected Sir or mam, I want to buy a smartwatch, but Im a little confused in buying that which brand is good and which brand gives u an accurate ratio of heartbeat. And ecg and cardio  bp report . many brands are available in the market, but I'm confused. Which one is perfect ? I'm a fitness freak guy. I do running jogging exercises 2 hours in a whole day's And do gyming also Plz anyone know which one is good Plz let me knows
