Hi!..ESR 15 is in normal limits.Nothing to worry about Vitamin D is in the lower limits of normal range. As per the report and your history there is no such threatening condition.
Next Steps
Increase your sun exposure Take Vitamin D supplements which can be taken weekly once Regular exercise also would help in overall health and Vitamin D levels
Health Tips
If Vitamin D deficiency persists you might experience back pain and body pains. So kindly don't neglect the supplements . If you have any concerning symptoms affecting your routine please consult a nearby Doctor

Your routine health checkup is largely reassuring. An ESR of 15 is only mildly elevated and, in most cases, is not worrisome - it can rise slightly due to minor inflammation, stress, recent illness, or even normal hormonal changes, and does not suggest anything threatening on its own. The only significant finding is a vitamin D level of 8.9, which indicates deficiency, and this is very common, especially in women. Low vitamin D can cause fatigue, body aches, and general weakness but is easily correctable with supplementation and sunlight exposure. Since all other parameters in your report are normal, there is no indication of any serious disease, and addressing the vitamin D deficiency should help you feel better. A simple supplementation plan (such as cholecalciferol 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks, then monthly ,as per your doctor’s advice) is usually all that is needed.

Your reports do not show anything threatening. The only concern is low Vitamin D (8.9), which is very common and easily correctable. All other parameters are normal.
Next Steps
Start Vitamin D supplementation as advised (usually weekly high-dose for 6–8 weeks). Get sunlight exposure and recheck levels after 2–3 months.
Health Tips
Maintain a balanced diet, stay active, and continue routine annual health checkups.
