Regarding blood pressure 151/91 is good
My Bp is 151/91 is this normal . Please suggest me treatmt if bp increase  . From some time my blood pressure is increasing

No this is not normal...u need investigations why you are having this high Bp...start some lifestyle modification like exercise , yoga along with low salt and less oily food..then check it again after 15 days..of still same..u need antihypertensives

Hi , You need to be started on anti hypertensive medication . And also you need to take appropriate investigation to rule out the cause of hypertension ,such as a renal artery doppler and ultrasound abdomen . Kindly revert back if you have further queries . Regards

Are u known case of Hypertensive?? Are u taking any antihypertensives? How many readings have shown blood pressure more than 140/ 90.?? Do you have any other chronic diseases like Diabetes?? It needs detailed evaluation for management.
