Regarding Bilateral Hernia
Hi All, I've recently discovered in CT scan that I've small Inguinal Hernia in left and early in right. I'm a sportsperson and unmarried. I have following queries, 1. Mesh or without mesh or delay my surgery for few years via maintenance? 2. Laproscopic or Open? 3. Will surgery affect my marriage life or sports? 4. Any specialists who operates for athletes in Bangalore? Most relevant queries will help. Thanks in advance.

Do surgery as early. Mesh is mandatory. Laparoscopic preferably.. .. Bcoz both sides of hernia can be done from same incision/port  sites. No effect on marriage life or sports later. Just few precautions after surgery for few months. Consult General and laparoscopic surgeon
Next Steps
Avoid strenuous exercises . Drink plenty of water. High fibre diet.
