Regarding baby first food
Hello all, my baby turned 6 month old a week back, i gave her apple puree as her first food, she dint like it but stools was soft, from 2 days i started carrot puree she is liking it, but her stools are  hard. What should i do, should i stop carrots?? What shall i feed her and how many times a day?? Plz help me

You should start with liquid diet like rice water, dal water etc...then gradually start semisolid food... More liquid diet cause very less chances of hard stool... Avoid topmilk if you are giving..

You can try apple after few days . You can purée of other vegetables and fruits too like beetroot, banana etc Initially start 1-2 times/ day and slowly increase to 5-6 times / day You can also give sooji/ ragi/ rice/ moong dhal Give warm water to drink in between feeds.
