you can start her on calpol syrup if you already have it at home. you might want to visit a paediatician to see if she has chest infection and if she needs antibiotics.

There isn't sufficient information to give you a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to take your daughter to the pediatrician so that she can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations such as CBC to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. I would advise you to keep her well hydrated and give her a liquid diet as she may find it difficult to tolerate solid food at present.
