Regarding azithromycin 500

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been taking azithral 500 for a mild skin infection for 5 days. Toda y was last dat. Got a small canker sore at back of right side of mouth. Is it normal to get a canker sore while takinv this antibiotic. Its been 3 days but its not resolving or growing big. Also taking montilar lc and atoz tab.
