Hey,
I'm having pimples on face and shoulders.
And they are growing since last 7-8 years.
But now... situation is gone worse. There is some liquid inside them.and it's really embarrassing.
I drink much water , exercise regularly , eat healthy food with less spices and no junk food.
Please suggest some solution.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello
It's good that you have a healthy lifestyle...keep it up!
For acne the treatment differs for each individual. Avoid usage of oil, turmeric or any other ayurvedic preparations on the face.
Use a good face wash that contains a mixture of glycolic and salicylic acid twice daily.
Have a course of antibiotics.
Tab azithral 500mg od x 3days
Deriva cms gel apply at night(use very little quantity.....jut to cover the spots)
Follow up after 2 weeks.
Best wishes!
Hello dear. Continue with good water intake and balanced diet. Avoid whey protein and dairy products, though.
