Minox BPO has adapalene in addition to benzoyl peroxide... you must be having redness on the face too... you need to use lesser amount... and also proper sunscreen use is needed with Minoz BPO.. you need to stop applying it for a few days.. also send across pictures to me through online consult to see the extent of reaction to decide if need additional treatment to suppress the reaction. hope this is helpful.
