Regarding 3 months baby feeding
My baby is peeing very less while sleeping (1 diaper is just a little bit heavy in 8 to 10 hrs) since yesterday but when she is awake the diaper gets full about 3 4 diapers for yesterday... Is it okay??? My baby is 3 months old (weight 4.7 kg) and breastfeeding and she is active and reactive also. Is this a problem or just poor feeding?? Can I give her cow's milk now?? I noticed this problem from 2 days that at night time diaper is not getting full just a little bit heavy.

Its completely normal. Ideally exclusive mothers feed till 6 months. If feed is not sufficient can start formula instead of cows milk. Cows milk at this age would lead to diaper rash / loose stool / constipation.
