You should consult with a General Physician for a physical examination. There is no specific treatment for multiple Lipomas in Allopathy. Homeopathic Doctors claim that there are some medicines in their System for this.
But I have no direct experience.

Yes it does
Treatment for lipomas is surgical removal for cosmetic purposes and when it pains it needs removal
You may try taking vitamin e capsules which might help in regressing the lipoma
If it fails surgery is the only option
