Reg facial scar treatment

Hi, I have a lot of red scars on my face.I have a fair skin which is why these are very prominent.How do I treat this to 80-90% less.Shall I go for lasers or just apply some retanoid cream.I have a super sensitive skin so are lasers safe? Thanks, Manmeet kaur.
