Hi Doctors. My son is 1.5 years old and he always has constipation . He tries to poop but it never comes out. When it does its very hard. He poop once in 2-3 days and that too its difficult for him to do so. I try giving him fibrous food like daliya, carrots ,oats upma and all but nothing helps. I give
him cow milk as an add on. Any suggestions on this?
