Reg acne and oily skin

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have thyroid ..m using thyrorich 25 mg.. previously my skin was bit oily ..not much.. Since a month it is increased..like just after an hour of washing face I feel oily n greasy.. n may b die to this I'm getting small pimples all over face .. M.using himalaya strawberry facewash .. n deriva cms cream..but still it is the same ..pls suggest some good facewash and cream ..
