Sir Dr. ALOK PRASAD actually stress is coming I dont know automatic in mind for future, ya I was smoker but quit one month ago, no family history of
diabetes, heart disease, sleep at night 11 pm, food basically tea with milk 4 time, rice in lunch, ruti in dinner, and other vegetable whenever possible, take one dsr at morning ,and previously consult nexito plus at night, please suggest what should do, do yoga at morning and exercise at evening
