Reduction in period days

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am a 29 yrs old and unmarried. My period daya was 4-5 days normally, but then it got reduced to 3-4 days from almost a year. And from last month, it has been reduced to 3 days - first 2 days heavy bleeding and 3rd days, very less bleeding (almost negligible) or just spotting. What is reason behind it? Is it normal?

Get done ultrasonography for pcod.,TSH level for hypothyroidism and haemoglobin percentage .In all conditions usually less bleeding.If all is well then contact to gynaecologist.
