I have always had a 28/29 day cycle last month I was 2 days late and this month I'm 4 days later my last period date was 16th July and it's 16th aug
I'm travelling for masters in a month and I'm worried, what could be the reason

There are many reasons. If you are sexually active do urine pregnancy test first. If not then other reason could be stress, anxiety causing hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders. 7 days delay in periods is otherwise considered normal
